These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CoffeeHouse Aroma website and your purchase of CoffeeHouse Aroma products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION

CoffeeHouse Aroma creates handcrafted aromatic products, including but not limited to candles, wax melts, room and linen sprays, and other aroma products.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, aromas, colors, images, sizes, and other product information. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and differences in individual screens or displays.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. CoffeeHouse Aroma reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or limit any product at any time.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, and contact information.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed unless otherwise stated. CoffeeHouse Aroma reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

3. PREORDERS & PRODUCTION TIMES

Many CoffeeHouse Aroma products are hand-poured and made to order. Orders identified as preorders are produced after the order is placed and may require additional processing time.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page, preorder orders may take up to two weeks to ship. Production and shipping times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Placing a preorder constitutes an agreement to the applicable production and shipping timeframe.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CoffeeHouse Aroma ships within the United States unless otherwise specified.

Shipping charges and available shipping methods are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, CoffeeHouse Aroma is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing, contact CoffeeHouse Aroma within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims may require photographs of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping materials. Upon verification, CoffeeHouse Aroma may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or other appropriate resolution at its discretion.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour period may not be eligible for resolution.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many CoffeeHouse Aroma products are handcrafted and made to order, returns are generally not accepted.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours as outlined above.

For other order concerns or exceptional circumstances, please contact us at coffeehousearoma1@gmail.com. Any refund, replacement, or store credit is provided at CoffeeHouse Aroma’s discretion, subject to applicable law.

7. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Customers are responsible for using CoffeeHouse Aroma products according to the instructions and safety information provided with the product.

Candles and other products involving heat or flame should never be left unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, flammable materials, and other hazards.

Room and linen sprays, diffuser products, and other aromatic products should be used only as directed and for their intended purpose.

CoffeeHouse Aroma is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow product instructions, or use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the CoffeeHouse Aroma website and associated with the brand, including trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, written content, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to CoffeeHouse Aroma and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use CoffeeHouse Aroma’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

9. WEBSITE USE

You agree to use the CoffeeHouse Aroma website lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, compromise its security, or infringe upon the rights of CoffeeHouse Aroma or others.
