Do all products smell like coffee?
While some of our products feature coffee-inspired aromas, not every creation is meant to smell like a cup of coffee. Instead, they are created to highlight the individual notes that make coffee so fascinating and nuanced.
How often do you release new fragrances?
We release new aromas throughout the year, often inspired by the seasons, coffee culture, and the stories we want to tell through aroma. Some are limited-time releases, while others become part of our collection based on your favorites. We’re always exploring new ideas, but we’d rather introduce something we truly love than release something just for the sake of having something new.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made at home by hand by us. All ingredients are made within the United States, with most being created on the East coast.

What kind of wax do you use?
We use a coconut wax blend chosen for a clean, smooth burn and a beautiful aroma experience. Our wax is free from phthalates, parabens, and other unnecessary additives. We’re intentional about the materials we use because what goes into your candle matters to us just as much as the aroma that comes out.
What are the ingredients in your Room + Linen Spray?
Our Room + Linen Spray is made with two simple ingredients: Ethoxydiglycol and Fragrance (Parfum).
Ethoxydiglycol is a high-quality solubilizer and humectant commonly used in fine fragrance, skincare, and cosmetic formulations. It helps the fragrance blend evenly throughout the formula while supporting a smooth, long-lasting aroma.
We chose it because we care about creating a room and linen spray that performs beautifully without an unnecessarily complicated ingredient list. Ethoxydiglycol is biodegradable, vegan, and widely considered safe for home-use products when formulated at recommended levels.
Can I use your sprays on fabrics?
Yes! Our Room + Linen Sprays are designed for rooms and most household fabrics. We love that they can give everyday spaces a quick refresh, whether that’s your living room, bedding, curtains, or favorite chair. Because fabrics can react differently to fragrance, we always recommend testing a small, hidden area first. We want you to enjoy your aroma without any surprises.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
What is your processing time on orders, including preorders?
Because our products are hand-poured and made to order, we take a little time to prepare each order with care. Most orders have a processing time of about 48 hours. Preorders typically take about two weeks to process.
We’re a small business, and your order isn’t coming off a warehouse shelf. Each one is made, packaged, and checked before it makes its way to you. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible while still giving each order the attention it deserves.

What's the difference between private label and white label? What do you offer?
Both options allow you to offer CoffeeHouse Aroma products under your own brand, but the level of customization is different.
White label is the simpler option. You choose from our existing aroma collection, and we apply your branding to the products. It’s a great choice if you want a professionally made candle or room spray without the time and investment of developing a custom aroma. Your brand. Our current product.
Co-branding brings both brands into the experience. We use a CoffeeHouse Aroma product or aroma from our collection and create packaging or labeling that features both your brand and CoffeeHouse Aroma. It’s a great way to collaborate while giving your customers something that feels unique to your business. Your brand + CoffeeHouse Aroma.
Private label gives you more room to make the product your own. We work with you to create a product specifically for your business, which can include developing a custom aroma just for your brand. Made specifically for your brand.
We partner with coffee shops, boutiques, and other businesses to create products that feel like a natural extension of their brand. Whether you already have an aroma in mind or aren't quite sure where to start, we’re happy to be part of the process. Can you create a candle or room spray that smells like our signature or holiday coffee drink?
In many cases, yes. We can develop a fragrance inspired by your most popular latte, seasonal drink, or café atmosphere. While we don't copy another company's proprietary fragrance, we can create something that captures the coffee notes and experience.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

Do you offer samples before I place a large order?
Yes. Sampling options are available so you can experience the fragrance and product before committing to a production order.
